After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 8 months.COLOUR: Deep red with very nice violet hints.BOUQUET: Really intense aromas and reminiscent of fruit jam, blackcurrants, cherries, mulberries, cocoa and liquorice.TASTE: Round, smooth taste with fruity notes and an aromatic aftertaste.
