Return Policy and Cancellations
According to New York State Law we are unable to accept any returns on orders of Alcohol. Defective merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of order.
Title of Ownership:
For all items purchased from Wespeakwine.com, title is passed to the purchaser in New York State. By placing an order with WeSpeakWine.com, you expressly agree to assume title to the merchandise in New York State, immediately upon tendering full payment. All items must be paid for in full prior to arrangements for delivery. We Speak Wine's performance obligation under the purchase agreement for the sale of wine is complete upon tender of the merchandise to a third party carrier for transportation and delivery.
Within the United States, many states have laws regulating the shipment of wine into their jurisdiction and may limit the amount of wine that can enter the state without permits or licenses. By placing an order with WeSpeakWine.com, you are expressly representing and warranting that you have reviewed any pertinent local and state laws before purchasing wine on this website and that your purchase complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. We Speak Wine makes no representation to the legality of shipping to any state outside of New York and does not assume any responsibility for obtaining any necessary licenses or permits. If you have questions regarding any applicable permits held by We Speak Wine, please contact us.
We Speak Wine does not, itself, provide shipping services. If you wish to have your purchase shipped, We Speak Wine will contact a third party common carrier to ship on your behalf. Unfortunately, common carriers will not deliver alcohol to all states - those states have been removed from our shipping options at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
By arranging for transportation of alcoholic beverages by a third party carrier, We Speak Wine is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, you, as the purchaser and title holder of the products purchased. By asking We Speak Wine to arrange for transportation and delivery on your behalf, you expressly represent and warrant that you are acting in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. You further represent and warrant that you have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediates where required, are legally entitled to take possession of the alcoholic beverages, are legally entitled to take the quantities ordered, will comply with any applicable tax laws, and that you and the person accepting delivery of the alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age.
All shipping costs, including insurance, assessed by the third party carrier are to be paid by you, the purchaser. An insurance fee may be placed on transportation arrangements for rare or expensive items. We Speak Wine provides transportation coordination as a complimentary service and does not profit from any delivery arrangements we make for you. We Speak Wine makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the transportation or delivery by the third party common carrier.
Common carriers cannot deliver alcoholic beverages to a PO, APO, or FPO box.
If one or more items are not available for shipment, we will notify you to offer substitutions or make other arrangements.
Canada: Due to shipping restrictions, we are no longer shipping to Canada.
International: If you country is not listed in our shipping drop-down, we are sorry but we do not ship to your country.

Extreme Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat and/or cold), We Speak Wine reserves the right to delay the release of shipments in order to maintain the high quality of products at the time of arrival.
Summer Shipping/Storage Options
At WeSpeakWine.com, we know the importance of proper storage, and understand that during the warmer months, shipping wine can become hazardous to the wine. That is why we offer FREE storage for the summer in our temperature controlled wine cellar. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Just reply to the email with your instructions, and we will happily hold your wine until you would like it shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES for Ground Services
Shipping times do not include Saturday and Sunday.
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Many orders placed early in the day are shipped the same day. These are not guaranteed polices.
Shipping times vary based on which zone you are ordering from. Shipping will take usually 1-7 days in transit depending on location.
$15 Flat Rate Shipping for 1 Day Ground Shipping States
States that are included in the 1 Day Ground Shipping zone (currently NY & CT) are eligible for a $15 Flate Rate/Case shipping rate (per 12 bottles, valued $100+).
Orders are shipped quick, and usually arrive within 1-3 business days to these states.
*Note* This option is not eligible for the standard $5 off per case shipping discount.

By registering and purchasing from We Speak Wine you are automatically entered in to our loyalty program.
- Members earn reward points for registering, for purchases, reviewing products and other actions on the We Speak Wine website and on social media.
- Points are not considered property of the customer and do not hold any actual cash value.
- Points may not be transferred to anyone for any reason.
- All points expire within 365 days of becoming active.
- Points for products become active upon shipment of your products.
- Points will be deducted on cancelled or fraudulent orders.
- Purchases with points do not earn points.
- Purchases with We Speak Wine gift-cards do not earn points.
Earning Points for Reviews
We offer points for reviewing products you purchased from WeSpeakWine.com only. Reviews for items you did not purchase through our website will be rejected or deleted and no points will be earned.
Duplicated reviews of the same wine/vintage will be rejected/deleted, please only provide one review per unique purchase.
Please provide a helpful review, preferably with more than one word. Please do not attack or disparage another users review or write or reverence anything vulgar or obscene in your review or your account will be suspended.
We reserve the right to alter this loyalty program at any point including how points or earned and who can earn them. We reserve the right to discontinue the loyalty program, at which point no new points would be earned and remaining points could be used until they expire.
At any time we feel you are abusing our loyalty program you account will be terminated and points forfeited without warning.
