Tasting Notes:
A deep, ruby red wine with a dark cherry tobacco nose. There is a slight sweetness up front on the palate with coffee and dark chocolate notes. Firm tannins and acid round out this wine and give structure. PAIRING Great with spicy Chinese dishes, Indian curries, Greek gyros, roast lamb, vegetable lasagna, mild cheddar and blue cheese. Also pairs nicely with unplugging and reconnecting.
