Wrath is proud to announce the release of EX wines, our updated label that replaces the Ex Anima series. With a name meaning “out of” in Latin, EX speaks to our focus on expressing the personality and characteristics of our Certified Sustainable (SIP) estate vineyard. We harvest these pinot grapes a bit earlier than other lots to retain bright acidic energy. Berry clusters are hand sorted before crushing and fermenting. During fermentation, 20% of lots experience whole cluster fermentation to add complexity. New French oak is kept to a minimum so that the flavor retains focus on our estate grown fruit.
