STYLE:
Bright aromas of lime and citrus are the core of this wine with layers of white flower nectar, peach and tropical melon. The palate of the wine is fresh and alive with clean fruit flavors and a perfectly balanced, crisp finish.
WINEMAKING:
The grapes were picked at optimal ripeness in the cool of the morning. The fruit was pressed and allowed to cold settle for 24 hours. The juice was fermented cold (55°F) to retain the lively aromatics.
SOURCING:
Premium wine growing regions throughout the state including Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino counties.
