The 2014 Divum Pinot Noir was harvested from our two best Pinot Noir vineyards; Danny's and Cypress. Winemaking was designed around best expressing the attributes of each. 100% Pinot Noir. 100% native yeast fermentation. 10 months French oak aged.
Aromas of violets and lavender are followed by raspberry and plum fruit and complimented with just enough new oak aging to balance fruit and wood. The wine shows varietal cherry and brown spice with a light complexity and the lingering finish that only Pinot Noir provides. - Winery
