TASTING NOTES:
Delicious! Complex, exciting aromas are created by multi-varietal blending. Hints of ripe plums, blackberries and fresh ground white pepper are all elevated by the addition of viognier in the blend. Flavors are extended and full with layers of intense, rich tannins coupled with layers of oak. The finish is rich and complex which enables additional aging.
CELLARING:
While enjoyable currently, this intense red blend will continue to improve with proper cellaring for another 2-4 years in the bottle.
FOOD SELECTION:
This rich, layered wine will enhance hearty beef dishes, ripe cheeses as well as pastas with spicy sauces.
