Winemaking Notes:
At the winery, the grapes for our Pinot Noir were destemmed and then fermented in a combination of upright, rotary and conesweep tanks for one week at cool temperatures to retain delicate aromatics and a crisp acidity. Following primary fermentation, this Pinot Noir underwent malolactic fermentation to create a creamy mouthfeel with lots of texture.
