Everytime we taste this wine from the tank, we think of a Pinot Noir, which is odd as there is none in the blend. Cote Zero is a composite of Grenache, Syrah, and a bit of Viogner to round out the Rhone backbone. The mellowest of the line, this should make for a great summer quaffing wine.
Like many Pinot Noirs, this wine can have the tendency to drop a light sediment. You can stand it upright for a day or two and decant, or just enjoy the hors d'oeuvres in every glass. - Winery
