Colour: yellow with greenish hues.
Nose: first of all one notices aniseed (fennel), balsamic (fresh mint) and lower forest (rosemary) notes. They are followed by white fruits (pear and apple) and citrus fruits (grapefruit).
Palate: well-balanced acidity, fresh, viscous. It reprises the fruity flavours of the nose. Slightly mineral finish. Medium bodied with tangy ending. - Winery
