Vinification: No selected yeast. 30 day maceration with remontage and delestage.
Aging: The Sangiovese spends 24 months in botte. The Cabernet Sauvignon spends 24 months in barriques. They are assembled into cement six months before bottling.
Production: 500 cases of 12 produced.
