Production Area:
Tulum Valley, San Juan, Argentina The high-elevation vineyards are located in the area of Caucete, where vines grown in alluvial soils 2,133 feet above sea level. The plants are drip-irrigated with melted snow from the Andes Mountains, providing the optimum amount of water to each plant.
Grape Varieties:
60% Syrah
40% Malbec
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-harvested and immediately crushed and destemmed to preserve freshness and fruit character. The grapes undergo a cold maceration for 48 hours at a temperature of 53.6°F. Fermentation takes place for 12 days at a temperature of 70°F-77°F. The wine is then filtered and bottled for immediate release.

Taste: A balanced mouthfeel with flavors of raspberry, ripe cherry and chocolate. This enticing red blend has a touch of sweetness and a well-structured, smooth and silky finish.
