TASTING NOTES:
Bright aromas of citrus, apple, and kiwi layered with a whiff of limestone minerality that leads to a rich and nicely structured palate. Fresh citrus balanced with green apple, nectarine, and honey that linger nicely alongside a hint of minerality that is very well balanced, finishing with a nice touch of acidity.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
With harvest dates ranging from late September to early November, the fruit had a very extended hang time that allowed us to craft a very balanced wine with beautiful rich flavors while maintaining a great undertone of acidity. Both lots of Chardonnay were cold fermented with PDM yeast in our stainless-steel upright fermenters. No malolactic fermentation was induced, keeping the acidity and structure in place.
