Notes: This is Surrau’s entry level Cannonau, its simplest expression of the grape from 100% estate cannonau grapes grown on soils of decomposed granite mixed with sand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel, after which the wine is aged in stainless steel and cement tanks.
