Tasting Notes:
Created from white wine originating from Verdejo grapes, this alcohol-free wine has a clean and bright appearance, with a pale yellow colour tinged by green highlights. It has a fresh aroma with notes of green apple, citrus fruits, fennel and a slight touch of aniseed. It is best to drink this wine chilled in order to appreciate its special harmony. Maintains all the beneficial properties of wine, such as plyphehols, anthocyanincs and antioxidants, without the drawbacks of alcohol.

Vinification:
Made with Verdejo grapes without aging, with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After maceration, the ethyl alcohol is extracted using a sophisticated and highly respectful, chemical-free method.
