Tasting Notes:
Created from white wines originating from Verdejo grapes. When you drink WIN Espumoso you will struggle to believe that you are drinking an alcohol-free wine. The wine has a clean and bright appearance, with a pale yellow colour tinged by green highlights. It has a fresh aroma with fruity touches of green apple and citrus. Light tones of fennel and thyme, combined with its perfect level of carbonation, evoke a dry sparkling wine. Always serve chilled.

Vinification:
Made with Verdejo grapes without aging, with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After maceration, the ethyl alcohol is extracted using a sophisticated and highly respectful, chemical-free method.

Win represents the evolution of the first wine-based soft drink to be patented by Bodegas Familiares Matarromera. In the spirit of working to improve its products, the company continues to invest in this line of action, looking for a means of creating a wine with less than 0.5% alcohol. This product emerged as a response to the increasingly high demand from individuals who are inclined towards responsible consumption and are committed to caring for their diet and health.
