FOUNDER:
Jason Trulby began his life-long career in wine working as a bartender during college. He developed a deep appreciation for the harmony of food & wine together. After college he received an o er to work for a distributor & 20+ years later he’s still at it–having worked for distributors, wineries & later creating his own brokerage. e addition of e Atom wines to Jason’s growing portfolio is a passion-play toward wines of re finement, full-body and plush character; re flecting his experience and expertise in bringing wines sourced from the nest locations and vinted with proven winemaking prowess, to the discerning drinker.
WINEMAKERS’ NOTE:
The Atom California Cabernet. One of nature’s greatest unsolved mysteries meets wine. Harvest clusters at ideal ripeness & combine them at the press before a slow, meticulous fermentation. On the nose, black pepper & currant meld into a lush, robust palate of violet, tobacco leaf, cassis & subtle licorice. Balanced acidity & integrated tannins linger over a soft finish.
