Tasting notes:
Pungent aromas of gooseberry, florals and citrus. Hints of nettle, with melon and mineral notes add allure and complexity. On the palate this wine exhibits vibrant notes of nectarine, pink grapefruit and guava leading to a vibrant citrus finish.
Vineyards:
50% Redwood Hills, Awatere Valley, 50% Home Vineyard, Wairau Bar. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and transferred to the winery where it underwent temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using carefully selected yeast cultures.
