The g fifty is a Junmai Ginjo Genshu milled to 50%, a Daiginjo grade. A saké with equal parts of power and elegance, polish and panache, g fifty has subtle notes suggestive of grape, pear, and mint that are artfully melded against a backdrop of minerals and spice. This saké is complex, yet smooth and harmonious and tastes wonderful chilled on its own or enjoyed with grilled meats, seasoned veggies, rich fish, creamy pasta dishes, or hard cheeses.
