Straw yellow color with green tones and fine persistent bubbles. Bright appearance with aromas of flower, ripe fruit and citrus. Vivacious, elegant and well-balanced on the palate with flavors of white fruit and citrus. Fresh and pleasant with a lingering finish.
Metodo Classico: primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation on the lees in the bottle.
