65% Merlot
35% Cabernet Sauvignon
* Located in the heart of Graves and built on the site of a 12th century fortress
* Vineyards are farmed sustainable without pesticides or additional chemicals
* Fermentation in small temperature-controlled cement tanks, allowing to vinify parcels separately
* Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months
