Aromas of bing cherry, fresh raspberry, and cranberry. Medium-bodied, the wine features excellent acidity and a lingering finish.
Grapes were hand-sorted and gently crushed. They underwent a seven-day cold soak followed by fermentation in open-top tanks with frequent punch-down by hand to enhance flavor extraction.
The 2013 growing season was a near twin to the acclaimed 2012 vintage. Optimal conditions in spring and summer led to elongated hang time, resulting in enhanced flavors and acidity.
