WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Beautiful pale salmon shade with marshmallow tints. On the nose, intense and elegant with floral and fruity notes accentuated by the fragrance of rose petals. The wine is surprisingly playful on entry to the palate. Straightforward and fresh, with a wide array of aromas suggestive of a summer garden replete with raspberries, strawberries, red currants and violets. Pairs well with all types of food, best enjoyed young.
HARVEST & AGEING:
The grapes are mechanically harvested in the middle of September. This vintage had lower yields, due to adverse climate conditions (heavy rains, a chilly spring, lack of sun and dry weather during the harvest time) and thus the growing cycle was delayed. However, these conditions give us a wine with excellent acidity.
