(from older vines; 66 g/l r.s., 7.8 g/l acidity, 2.93 pH): Pale straw-yellow. Pungent scents of apricot marmalade, quinine, wildflowers, menthol, jasmine and tangy honeyed botrytis. Quite sweet but not overly fleshy, with penetrating acidity giving excellent cut to the intense lemon curd and floral flavors.
