Beautiful deep red colour. Red fruit and vanilla bouquet. The wine is rich, long and well-balanced on the palate. Elegant, with subtle oak tannin.
Fermentation takes placein an architectural setting that combines the classic and the unusual. Chateau La Couronne makes wine very traditionally, though relying on the most up to date techniques when necessary(fermentation vats in a truncated conical shape, temperature control, etc…).
12 months in stave-wood oakbarrels, with 35% new barrels.
