Color: Deep bright red colour with a magente hue.
Aromas: Aromas of black and red fruits (blackberries and blackcurrants, raspberries and cherries) and the floral scent of violets abound on its complex nose, with hints of spices and minerals.
Taste: In the mouth, it is fruity and fresh, with a succulent and muscular structure of round velvety tannins. Its finish is fine, delicate and yet very long. - Winery
Dark ruby-red. Aromas and flavors of bitter cherry and bitter chocolate are complicated by a whiff of game. Silky-sweet and supple, with beautifully integrated tannins contributing to an impression of suavity and carrying the fruit through a rather powerful, gripping finish. This should evolve gracefully. - Stephen Tanzer 90 Points
