Tasting:Colour: Pale yellow colour with green tints. Nose: The wine exhibits citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit) with smoky notes. Mouth: Fresh and very aromatic attack. The palate is round, with a great acidity (coming from the later ripening sites at higher altitude). A lot of freshness on the finish mixed with salty notes, which express the minerality of the wine. Grape variety: Blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu. Soil: A part of the grapes comes from limestone and clay soils...

Colour: deep ruby with crimson highlights. Nose: black fruit and spice with hints of pepper and ferns. Palate: fresh on entry, with velvety tannins on the palate. The array of aromas includes sour liquorice, black fruit and soot. Long lasting and fresh finish.

Appearance: deep, bright ruby red. Nose: intense, revealing red fruit notes as well as garrigue and sweet spicy fragrances. Palate: the wine expresses the subtle alliance of aromatic power and tannic finesse. Explosive on the finish with exceptional length and touches of liquorice.
