The fine bubbles form a large string against a golden background. A fruity nose and delicious, persistent barley sugar and brioche flavours. A very lively wine.
Blend:
60% Pinot Noir
30% Pinot Meunier
10% Chardonnay
This Champagne offers an array of flavor, including toasted brioche, Gala apple, lemon zest, graphite and ginger, with a touch of honey. Elegant, but with good intensity and a moderate, nut-tinged finish. Drink now through 2018. 2,000 cases imported.–AN - Wine Spectator Magazine 92 Points
