The nose is led by steamed rice, fresh red plums, and suggestions of roasted peanuts. Bright and lean in the mouth, unlike many Nigori, and the impact is chewy with sweet rice flavors intermingling with the nutty and slightly fruity characteristics of the sake. - Brewery
Notes: This sake is genshu, or undiluted, which adds to the alcohol content. But there is more to love about this brew than just its strength. It has an almost creamy texture that delivers layers of flavors like pear, lychee and banana. Beneath it all lies a nutty vein that only adds to the complexity.
