Clean and crisp with integrated notes drawn directly from Niigata’s mountain climate. Lush mountain water notes, earthy moss and mineral heavy stones are all softened with delicate dried fruit notes. This is a specialty “extra-dry” brew that works well chilled, at room temperature or slightly warmed to allow earthy flavors to bloom.
Enjoyment: The complex, earthy flavors do well with anything herb heavy like rosemary roast chicken or creamy wild mushroom risottos.
