Notes:
Merlot grape pomace is selected and collected immediately after pressing, when it is fresh and soft. Artisanal batch-method distillation ensures the essence of the grape with remain present in the final grappa. Production is limited to the individual year’s harvest. On the nose, it conjures the aroma of ripe fruit and recalls the smell of grape must being pressed. Pure, soft and round with notes of rose petals and soft cherry.
