Tasting Notes:
A fragrant, dry white wine made from Albariño vines planted at 100 meters in elevation onto sand and granite soils. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed then fermented with ambient yeasts. An ideal bottle to enjoy with paella.
- Appearance: Bright, straw yellow with steely edges and some golden reflection.
- Nose: Marked varietal character, citrus, hints of tropical fruit, mineral memories and very refreshing herbaceous and balsamic notes.
- Palate: Tasty and fresh, with a good unctuous and very pleasant journey. Expressive fresh fruit as the protagonist, sour apple, lime. Contained acidity that accompanies us until it fills the palate and leaves us with a subtle bitter memory.
- Variety: Albariño
- Country of Origin: Spain
- Region: Rias Baixas
