Light and lithe, with a polished texture balanced by crisp acidity. Shows lots of pretty raspberry and spice flavors that linger impressively. Drink now through 2010. 385 cases imported. –HS

Bright red. Delicately perfumed aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and fresh rose; I would have identified this as pinot noir. Then fine-grained and almost sweet in the mouth, with red berry flavors framed by light tannins and lifted by gentle acidity. This has a graceful, almost feminine quality and would not be out of place in a line-up of Oregon pinots.
