This quality Pinot Grigio is from Northern Italy’s central Veneto region. Vines grow on varied soils found along river valleys and mountain slopes. Stainless-steel fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve fresh and crisp flavors, minerality and citrus aromas.
Tasting notes:
Light in body and color with a fresh floral aroma. Spasso has a crisp minerality with bright flavors of grapefruit and banana leading to a clean finish.
Vineyard Locations: Slopes and valley floors in northeastern and central Veneto
Vinification:
Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic qualities. Because the wine is left on the sediments briefly it develops complexity and mellowness.
