Within most vineyards there exists an area with exceptional soil referred to as a “Block.” The grapes from these blocks exude distinct characteristics and a quality all their own. It’s from these carefully selected blocks that we have crafted PATCH BLOCK, a line of wines of bold quality.

New French — Modern and consumer-friendly (Vin de Pays d’Oc-Languedoc)
Winemaking:
Soil is clay and silt over calcareous bedrock
Cold maceration
Time on the skins is 15 days to 3 weeks
Temperature-controlled fermentation
Cap management is punch down, daily (pigeage)
Malolactic fermentation is 100%
Alcohol: 12.5%
