Winemaker Notes
The 2011 Moscato is made from Moscato grapes which were harvested at maturity in the middle of September. They underwent their primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve the fruit flavors that are characteristic of this variety. The result is a delightfully refreshing, clean and crisp wine that emphasizes the fresh fruit characters of the Moscato family of varieties.
