About 20 years ago, we were first introduced to duck walk vineyards as we visited a family member attending college on Long Island. We tasted the blueberry port and we all loved it. Ever since, we get a few bottles for Thanksgiving to enjoy as a family along with some chocolate truffles. It is not too sweet and just a nice light port.
This always is a treat. At Duck Walk Vineyards, they pair this with chocolate. It however can stand on its own as a nice yet not too sweet port. The blueberries add a special and unique flavor and I've yet to pour a glass where someone doesn't enjoy it.
