Made from 85% Refosco and 15% Mavrodaphne. After fermentation, the product is transferred to wooden barrels in an underground cellar for maturation for approximately one year. The wine is then bottled and stored in temperature-controlled cellars for additional aging. Pronounced berry flavors are present on the nose. The wine is dry, full bodied with medium high alcohol and moderate tannins. It is silky in texture with a long finish. - Winery
