Winemaker's Comments:
This wine is an intense ruby-red colour and reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, plums and tabacco. The palate unveils blackberries and subtle notes of caramel. The finish is long and friendly.
Winemaking:
Selected grapes from our own vineyards were carefully hand-harvested. The crushed grapes were subjected to a cold maceration for two days. Then alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts took place in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC.
Food Pairings:
This wine combines well with roast meat, different types of cheese, lamb, seasoned pasta and rabbit.
