In making Beringer’s White Zinfandel, the focus is to highlight the fresh red berry, citrus and melon aromas and flavors, and round them out with subtle hints of nutmeg and clove. The wine has a youthful exuberance that is enjoyable as a sipper on its own, or with a variety of dishes. - Winery

    Pros:
    Cons:
Many ladies (and men) often opt for a white zinfandel or a blend for a casual, not in your face glass. This is a good one that does not harm the palette. Fruity and sweet, but not overly cake sweet. My secret is also to use it for cooking. Yup, a great de-glazer and also add a little bite to a tomato sauce mixture.

    Pros:
    Cons:
This wine is perfect for pairing with almost everything, or nothing at all. The price is fantastic, so you should always have a couple of bottles at home so you can just bring it out whenever anyone just pops over. Light refreshing taste, also good for use if you want to make a nice Peach or Passion Fruit Sangria.
