Winemaking
With this Sauvignon Blanc, we want to craft a true-to-varietal, crisp, fresh, bright and fruity wine with a subtle grassiness and clean finish. Everything we do in the vineyard from canopy management to crop thinning is focused on celebrating this style of stainless steel-fermented wine. The special care we take to encourage a perfect fruit-to-acid balance in the vineyard is also taken in the cellar. - Winery
