For those that aren't familiar with Kosher wines or Judaism, all Kosher wines are produced acording to kashrut (Jewish Dietary Laws) which are observed through the entire winemaking process. A key tennant of the winemaking is that Sabbath-observant Jews must be present and ingredients must be Kosher. Kosher wines are served at almost all Jewish holidays especially the Passover Seder.
