Paul Hobbs - Highly Sought After Pinot Noir

We just got in the 2009 Paul Hobbs Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. Wow! As you may or may not know, the 2008 vintage was highly sought after, and as soon as Wine Spectator ranked it at #6 on their "Top 100 Wines of 2010" list, we sold out FAST.

Get this; Robert Parker barrel scored the 2008 vintage an 88-90, and has given the 2009 vintage a 90-93 barrel rating! Here are his notes;

"The dark plum/ruby-hued 2009 Pinot Noir Russian River exhibits dusty, earthy notes of raspberries, black cherries, cinnamon and Allspice. Medium-bodied with sweet tannins, this impressive 2009 should drink well for 4-6 years."

It would come as no surprise to us to see the 2009 vintage also emerge as a Top 100 wine, and we have a feeling that this wine is also going to be a tough one to come by once the word gets out and the final bottle score is released.

Best of all, the price hasn't changed. It's still a steal at $39.59 a bottle! We only have 30 bottles in stock and once they are gone, we'll have to wait til next year. Get yours today!
